Upon landing at Phuket International Airport (HKT), our professional Airport Host will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with a name sign. You will travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned private car or minivan directly to Rassada Pier. No waiting for other passengers, no extra stops.

Shared Boat to Phi Phi (Sea Transfer)

Upon arriving at Rassada Pier, please proceed to the designated counter for self check-in. You will then board our shared ferry or speedboat alongside other passengers for a safe and scenic transfer to Ton Sai Pier, or to Laemtong Bay, depending on your hotel booking on Phi Phi Island.

Domestic flights: Allow at least 1 hour 30 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival before the airport pickup time. This allows time to collect your baggage.

Luggage Policy

Standard allowance: Each passenger may bring one standard-sized suitcase weighing up to 20 kg and one small personal carry-on bag.
Oversized items: Excessively large luggage or additional bags may incur a surcharge at the pier and remain subject to available space on the boat.
Staff can assist with loading luggage onto the boat.

Arriving Late at Phuket Airport?

Important notice for afternoon flights

Our final daily airport pickup is scheduled at 13:00. We strictly cannot accept same-day transfer bookings for flights originally scheduled to land in the afternoon (such as after 13:00), as there will not be enough time to connect to the final boat. If your planned flight arrives too late for our 12:00 pickup, please do not book a same-day transfer. Instead, you will need to arrange an overnight stay in Phuket and book your island transfer for the following morning.

Please note: This restriction applies to your originally planned flight schedule. If you booked an eligible morning flight that is unexpectedly delayed by the airline, you remain fully covered by our Flexible Protection policy.

Is there overnight parking available at Rassada Pier?

Yes, safe and secure overnight parking is available at the pier for travelers heading to the islands. There is a daily fee of approximately 100 - 200 THB per night for cars and SUVs, and the parking lot is monitored for your peace of mind.

How far is Rassada Pier from Phuket International Airport?

The drive from Phuket International Airport to Rassada Pier typically takes about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. If you are traveling from Patong Beach, expect a drive of approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

What is the luggage allowance and weight limit for the ferry?

Each passenger may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag, provided the total combined weight does not exceed 25 kg.
Luggage exceeding 25 kg will incur an additional fee at check-in. Any baggage beyond this limit will be charged separately by the boat company in accordance with its policy.

Can I bring large luggage on the speedboat?

Standard ferries can easily accommodate large suitcases. However, speedboats have limited storage space. If you are booking a speedboat ticket, we recommend traveling with standard-sized luggage or backpacks. Extra-large items may incur an additional handling fee by the boat operator.

How long does the ferry or speedboat take from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi?

The standard ferry takes approximately 2 hours, while the direct speedboat takes only 1 hour to travel from Rassada Pier (Phuket) to Tonsai Pier (Koh Phi Phi).

Are there food and facilities inside Rassada Terminal?
